Hello fellow "OMs" and those on our Health Program;
Well a secret. We have a "YL" also on the program, and coming
along with her program quite well .... She reports she has dropped
from 185 to 145 and is very very postive to reach her goal.
Yes...with a few days I missed due to shovelling, and being "blaa"
< WBs > I have been doing ok too ....SO see you at the end of the
month ...with all the stats.
