I see myself always enjoying packet. I also see myself using RF whenever
possible. However, there are often times when I have no access to RF and
I still want to use and exercise the great packet network that was
built... so yes, I use the Internet as an entry point, then try to cross
over to the RF network.
As a result I still enjoy packet. I recommend others try it also. It is
ok to accept change, as long as it is for the right reason.
And if you do, bring a kid along for the ride. They might decide they are
interested in amateur radio.
