Hello to all OMs in the network, and those paricipating in our
OM Health Project.
I was son glad to hear about Rodge and Patty being "ok" out
there in the wilds of Green Bay Packer-Land .... birthday
celebrating, with events like shovelling, and what not
that I forgot another aspect of this shovelling thingmebob,
and that is getting the SNOW from the roofs of the house
and garage. Today with the mild WX and thaw ,,, I have
been out shovelling as well with a Snow rake, pulling the
snow down off the roofs of the house, as well the garage.
I wish they had sold more poles wih the rake, as it doesn't
get all the way...oh well it does reduce the snow when in
the thaw it gets really wet and heavy...and mmm seen up
the street the roof caved in due to the heavy snow...so
I say no more....but the fact remains now is guidelines
to measure snow raking off the roof and how many calories
are burned per minute...etc.
So ...inside now, and as soon as I rest up, and warm up
I am going to hit the GNWB for those 5minutes. I have
set some good markers from when I started ...so there is
progress.
Some mention..it seems they are not loosing weight. I tend
to agree with them, but then I have more enegy then before
and doing more, an feel better after, so while I feel I
have not lost any weight...time will tell at the end of
February...when I hit the scales.
Take care ...keep going ...We are together making great
progress by what I am reading and the all important feedback.
