Pete's bull reminded me that I had been meaning to put my stats on packet.
I havent noticed many others doing it (?)
Here we go:
Mesured on Jan 30th 2011.
Height 6ft = 182cm
Waist 36ins = 90cm
Weight 13Stn 7Lbs (UK),169Lbs(US) or 85.72kg (French and others)
For what it may be worth, as I check it about once a month with my little
machine.
BP 123/80, pulse 80
My scales also measure % water, recommended for a man is 50% I am 48%
(O.K.)
Fat is 37.5% recommended for a man is 25% I do prefer % fat to BMI. That
is going out of favour in the UK now.
BTW, the scales were quite cheap. They came with the ability to measure
body fat and water. You do have to stand on them in bare feet for that to
work so I usually weigh myself after a shower, if I remember.
As for shovelliong snow. I did have to do it this year and last year and
it is really hard work ! Good on you, Pete.Hopefully, we are back to our
normal rain now in N.W.England. Temp forecast for the rest of the month is
+2 C to+8 C with cloud and showers. i.e. normal.
