Hello fellow OMs, and the rest....
Well first up, is Porkco Pete's Project to loose that weight.
I am happ to report, that most on the project, are rying their
best, and having fun ... and repor they feel better, and
more enegy, and someone to do this with... :)
Now the stats:
When stared my weight was 225Lbs Today =--> 215lbs
I wasn't doing the GNWB thing until Maria left, as it was
hecttic for the month, running here or there so...
I did get 8times on the GNWB out of 12 days, and one
day 2 times on the gnwb .... calories started at 54 and
this morning I pushed it to 62 from 61 yesterday, as well
in distance an extra notch .1
I like the stats, as they are showing, dispite my medical
concerns I can do this for the 5minutes. Of course
if I had a Doctor to advise, and there at a clinic for
a test, I'd like to see how long I would last on the GNWB
before they haul me off..or I drop off.
Bottom line is loosing that 10lbs. I feel more energy
and better for it.
With Maria in Brasil ...I have had to keep to 5minutes on
the GNWB, and well she keeps making sure via Skype I am
keeping that promise. She doesn't want a call I am in
hospital and cutting short the visit to head home...If
you know what I mean.
< No pictures yet of the GNWB on m URL .... Maria has the
camera and USB connect with her in BRASIL [<0>] ... SO
thanks for the email requests .... I will somehow try to
get a picture there ...hmmmm >
Aaaah the fun of food prep. I have been finishing off all the
leftovers in the fridge. No doubt a trip to the store is in
order today, just to stock up for this snow storm coming, and
well Red Sky in the Morning....aaaah Sailor take warning!
OK ..OMs ... take care where ever you are ...hmmm seems to
remember the Man's Oath <g>...
