and everyone.... Yeah I have left out a few...so lets hear from you.

Like you Roger, Maria has been making dinners for me that are
like what Patty is making for you. This has been the holiday
season... a GAIN weight period...as well it is winter, and we tend
to bulk up and store fat. Thats my opinion ... but then I am
looking at what you say, and that too, is what I am going thru.

As admitted, I have not even hit the GNWB...still sitting where
I put it, but this week, I have to start. I figure 5minutes to
start. Real easy, and see the results or what the readings are
and then go from there. What advice Rodger? First time how
many minutes, and settings, and then after that, as I need a
guide.
As you mentioned snow...I figured , that was what you were doing
as well other things to keep warm, and just relaxing after a
real workout. WE, friends, have to watchout with this shovelling
bit, as we must moderate and pace ourselves so we don't do ourselves
in...if you know what I mean?

ou are further north then I ...our weather comes from you in Packer Land.
Last one rolled just south of me...came in from Indiana to Ohio and
shirted Ontario...Bu Buffalo NY really got it... Then to top it
off...it merged with another east of there...and went up the
eastern coast... All from the USA :)

Hey good luck Patty ! I don't know when I will need this done
but, then I hope Maria will do them for me, as I am horrible at
placing drops in my eyes. I am wondering too, if I could do
it for her? Yeah chicken... Big time! All Surgerys, I ask
..."put me to sleep....ok?"

I was wondering if you and Patty, were like Billie and KC ...out
there digging in the SNOW. Well so am I, and look what happened.
Injury .... lookout and watch yourselfs out there ... good to
hear from you, as well everyone else.
I did get some help also, from a South American Indian source
a paste made from a fruit... mussed..and Howling hot on the back
and with the hot bath and that...well I feel better.
