Hi Pete and Maria, and the rest of the people that read this.
I gained 5 pounds back from my low weight of 215. So, now I am back up to
220 pounds. Life just isn't fair. I keep thinking I am eating better
but it just doesn't seem to do me any good. I have cut down on the stationary
bike riding, so maybe that is part of it. But we have been shoveling snow
everyday for the last week. It just keeps snowing here. I am sure sick of
this winter. And the cold weather pete keeps sending us down here from Canada
isn't doing my utility bill any good either. The price of gasoline has gone
up to $3.10 cents a gallon now. The wife has had both of her eyes doen now
for cataracts. We go back to the doctor this friday to have her eyes checked.
Then if they are ok, which she says they are, we won't have to go back for
a long time. I put the drops in her eyes for her, because she just can't do it
for herself. She can't hold her eye open and put the drop in for some reason.
So, I do it for her. I'll be glad when that is done. I am just hoping the snow
we are suppose to get today isn't much. I am really tired of shoveling snow.
