Hi Vlado.
No, baycom modem not possible via USB port adaptor.
Even on normal COM ports it work on Windows family OS
only Win95, Win98, not more.
But possible to work under Linux with normal COM port and new PC's.
BTW try soundcard packet:

Possible the solution if Baycom modem don't work
on your new Windows PC.

BayCom modem for packet radio, maybe drivers or adapter USB?
