Hello fellow OMs, and those in the Quest to fit into those Jeans!
One of these days, before going on...I gotta ressolve which BBS
I want to make my home BBS. VA3BAL...jams and then dies, alomost
like full of ....then at VE3LSR BBS ...well I am on the same node
as the Presto-Cop-Ambulance chasers and their autobots signing
on and off with winlink...like the Government is going to ask them
to come and save'em ....Heaven help us :( ....Oh yeah back to
topic....well FR: VE3WBZ no BBS will have to do.....:
Following Roger's suggestion in Minnesota USA, and his big reason
for loosing the weight ...to fit into those jeans < Must be Levi's?>
I took up Mall strolling, and Rog..you are right, and I bet Patti
has weighed you for better results...right? I think I lost some
weight...walking the halls, and levels, and bypassing the food court.
As for the GNWB ... It has yet to be used. I am awaiting professional
help on what time I am allowed for the first time, and then afterwards
to attain my goal, or jus feel better. I finally also ID'ed my
problem. I didn't reinjure my insides... <thankfully> but pulled a
back muscle and some front ones already cut from suregery...the front
ones have settled down...leaving the back one...and oooow that smarts!
Maria wants me to listen and play it smart on the GNWB...which I have
promised to do. I think if I don't hear from the Professionals I
will start out at 5minutes and very easy and just at the end of
that time take the measurements etc...and keep them as my record
as there must be a start.
I keep thinking.. "No strain ..No Pain!" but then after chopping
wood that saying is out the window. Still paying for the strain
with the pain.
OK ... gotta go. Hope everyone is coming along on the project.
Lots of silence out there... so I guess everyone is working.
