Hello Ian G0TEZ and Bob VK6BE, and all others in here;

I really don't know what to say or add Ian, as I read your's
first and then I also read Bob VK6BE and his comments.

There is somewhere I heard, that ., If one does not smoke they
get fat, so they smoke to answer to the stresses of the day's
nerves to kill them. I guess in recovery and all with the
job I ate, as I don't smoke. I note too Ian you noticed this
and yes...many I knew in the family were slim and trim as they
smoked, but then they got away from smoking due to all the
warnings, and laws and filled out like balloons. I mean really
BIG. The WAR never helped, as smoking got a boost from that
nerve wracking time...and thats what got my mother going on smokes.

It is really worth the re-posting. Sorry everyoe, but so
worhwhile, and it even this time covers anyone out there wanting
to quit smoking, and then the subject brought up, seems to
be if you quit smoking... you get fat... but then that is eating.
Here in North America, that is the culture...another reason for
my move.

Thanks Ian ... Now to look at Bob's comments and post together
because they really go together nicely and I am sure are a benefit
to those reading.
