Here's what I'm aware of, I'm sure there are others but I'd say these 
represent the bulk of HF packet activity here in N. America:
 
3.598 LSB - General usage. Guess you could call it NET80
7.0865 USB - "NET40" general usage/gathering hole.
7.1010 USB - HF SkipNET (BBS only)
7.1035 LSB - HF SkipNET (BBS only)
10.1467 LSB - HF SkipNET (BBS only)
10.1490 LSB - General usage - ? old "NET30" freq?
10.1510 LSB - APRS
14.09786 LSB - HF SkipNET (BBS only)
14.1050 LSB - "NET105" general usage/gathering hole.
 
All above are "dial" freq's and assume 1700 Hz tone CF. Other tone
sets will require you to compensate your dial freq accordingly.
