hello Bob ... No Offence taken , as I am trying to deal with
this project of the OM net, in a serious vein, as I hope you
might realize.
It was hard enough to get fellow OM'ers to try take this on
without making "jokes" or allowing them to fester, in case
they upse those on the net, who are dealing with serious
problems, and I do not think I am worse off...as there is
always someone else worse off in the world.
'jokes" are for the HUMOUR @WW ... differences between
countrys on your text matter ....perhaps a differing title
so as not to put off those who are seriously trying to help
themselves.
I am glad at 88 you are so fit. I found that, indeed where
you live etc can be a part of the problem, as my tests after
coming back from South America are the best. I feel better
down there, so sooner as possible now...we are moving there
and well tt to hammmie radio. No need for it there.
It willbe Sk before me... handed back to the cannuckians.
I have, and with their permission to post, but no names
ran into this person who is ..well wayover the scales, and
thru no fault of himself, but due to other situations in
his life and some events, well they are well over eating etc.
weight, near diabetes and more surgerys then I.
bullied by fellow employees, that this person was going to be
the first one fired, or die, drop dead, ..life went to pot.
Now today...all those who bullied ...are gone...either fired
or forced out, or died on the job <sad case there>. There
is no more major ops on the legs, and the medical team of
specialists has control of diabetes, other factors, and
the weight is coming down, and as retirement date looms
it will be early I think at 60 ... and then I hope further
effort to make life better.
There is me and another ...well we want just to fit our jeans
again. <g>.... And this is how this has taken off... light
hearted...but turned serious with others via emails etc...and
also now teens coming to the house, where some problems, well
they are ongoing, and weight is a factor....loosing it... 230
to now 160 ..looking to the goal of size 3 @ 100lbs for a teen.

So no Bob... I am not Green with envy. I am not jealous
and I am glad for you at 88 as much as those who weigh less
then you, and are just wanting to stay fit, etc...and I
am thankful of the trust placed with me, and the folks with me
on this project. Whether they sign in via Packet or email
I really do not care....I just want to see them get to their
goal. Another Tangent BOB of Ham radio and of being a service
and support to our community, and everyone. It is a reason
why this net OM @WW and YL @WW are my favourite... WE are a
close family, and thats what I have liked so much about YL @WW
and now the same with OM @WW and fellowship gained.
The biggest laugh I have got so far, with my medical problems
is that my family doctor is a QUACK. I now bypass him
and go to the hospital. Lost faith. Now the last time
at the hospital , as I told net...I had been chopping wood
and well I much have reopened or did-it-to-it whatever where
I was operated on...as I have been recovering eversince. I
went to the hospital... they diagnosed something else and
treated that...and what I originall came in for...well ZERO
was done. DUH!!! Now what... so Maria has me resting at
home which is driving me nuts, as the wood needs to be cut
for the fireplace. Oh well typed enough...
Everyone in on the fitness project...please remember to let
your medical team know what you are doing, and family so they
can watch you. I am adding blood pressure everyday ... etc
so lets get to it... but be safe...have fun... and compare
as we'll all be different, but with results.
