Hi "Tony" and all,

It's the end of the packet road for Bob and he finally agreed after the
fact to let the issue drop and move on. Packet bulls were only the tip of
the iceberg, most of our conversations were via p-mail and e-mail, now
e-mail exclusively. He's not gone, we're still friends as we always were,
just not answering any bulls. Oh he's out there but all you'll see of him
are his VHF observations.

One final note before I let it drop:
"Moderate" ?
Like I said, e-mail like control rods in a reactor you don't see what
they do, only the results of their actions.

"Peace be upon you ...etc."
That's the problem, I'm trying to stir up trouble but Ian is keeping the
tea close to his breast and won't say what's in the Pot. Being American
of course I'd say Mardi Gras is the greatest party in the world and if
you don't say Carnival Maria would sic Rusty on you. Yup, it lasts a
while longer but consider this, while minor in scale by way of comparison
the Benny Bash lasts all summer. <groan>

After looking at that government web site I have to agree with Ian,
doesn't look like he'll be coming any time soon. It's a fair assumption
we won't be having many visitors from abroad from now on, I wouldn't care
for all the hassle either. It may be worth the effort for legal
immigrants but just for a visit? FOGIDABOUDIT!
