Hi Rodge. I am puzzled? If you had questions over the
years, I am sorry I never saw these to offer an answer
as really I have never been in this postion.

I go the route of the pain killer, but I don't think I
want to get hooked on it, or I need bigger doses due to
reaching that plain of needing something worse...I went
to sleep only after pain robbed me and I could not
stay awake anymore....However I did wake up howling when
I had ,had enough sleep.

The deep breathing works alright. Did that too.

The problems here in my community with wheelchairs and all
has got to be getting up the ramps on the sidewalks. These
chairs have no suspension at all....when you go down, it
hurts ....and I have noticed now, they have installed
dolly wheela the back to stop it tipping over. Their
other problem, and I had to use one at the hospital
was just being uncomfortable ...I went to cructhes ASP.

My meals are usually the same as your in the mornings
with Tibecos and creal and a piece of toast or muffin
amd to wash that and the pills down, I take a cup of
[plain tea ..one sugar to the packet machine for
my daily dose of Packetland...

Sorry Rodge no red wine or cheese :(

Put down who? I haven't got anyone to put down, and
I am happy you and I have great wifes Rodge.

I'm still at the Legion and they still have my number if needed
and we still have the cemetery patrol in full swing, with
any decisons coming from the Legion as to results etc.
