I just got a reliable Email to say that BOB VK6BE has removed
Winpac from his computor, and thus is gone from Packeteerland
for good.
Also this morning, another email from another that my posting
along the lines of; "Bob say it's no so" was what Bob was
looking for justification etc for his Packetland postings
etc.
What is really missing here, is that another active participant
in Packeteerland is lost. Like it or not. Agree with what
he posts or not. And that was the theme of my posting to
Bob and for others ....."Say it's no so Bob".
Threads, have their topics, and these topics wander about,
twist and turn like a politician on the hotseat.
If you like it...you reply. if you don't...read something else.
There is no doubt some replys haven't been in agreement and
the resulting torrents of posting have dragged down the
conversation. Where there is an blocking, then that
should be it. You disagree with my posting, and I disagree
with your reply, and you haven't changed my mind or opoinion
etc .... thats it.
Agree to disagree...and thats it.
There are some that say, and it is well documented the Internet
is used for source of information, and afteral it is the so-called
Information Highway ....OK .... As a test I did a search of my
own community and situations here, and source. I was very
disappointed with the results. The Internet "Information
Highway" is not what it is all cracked-up to be, and this is
nothing new as Packeteers before mention this, and I just wanted
to let them know..if they still are with us...you're right.
Anyhow...I hope Bob comes back...the frogs are lonely...and
time for lunch..so sorry for cutting this 6k blab off so short.
