I would say the actual number of packets sent by packeteers  signifies
nothing much. 

The packets from me would average no more  than  1.5 kB, usually  less
than that, and rarely more than 2 kB. Those from G4EBT are rarely less
than 6kB , and have been as high as 8 kB. Warren's would probably be a
little longer than mine but nothing compared to G4EBT.
