ofc course anyone can ask ofcom to change their details
and their is a link on my web site for that
but it is for ofcom to do it
it is their datbase
if someone makes a change it will be in the next update
with my callbook people can see on line if their details are correct
and of course it is free to download
it is the same data that was given to the rsgb to make the 2009 callbook
