the psi licence is on the web site for download
i have been give a licence by ofcom to make the data available
the date of the database is included witht he database
if you dont know what you are on about its best
to say nothing at all
unless you are just trying to be misleading
it was ofcom that sent out the data with no licence attached
which went against ofcoms own psi licence
i like to stick by the rules
