This is all very well and good but what happens if/when people move and the 
personal data that you are storing (and offering) becomes incorrect ?

Assuming that OFCOM are notified of the change of address (as per the 
licence conditions), do you then get a "service pack" from OFCOM of amended 
data or do they re-release the data at regular periods ?  What steps are 
YOU taking to ensure that the data which you are offering is accurate ?

I would imagine that the data is released to people "correct as of date 
xxx" and any errors thereafter and a case of "tough titty".
