ofcom had 18 months to get the psi licence right
they did not even have to have to introduce the psi
the request was a simple foi request
if they had answered it in 20 days the g3zhi callbook
would have been published with little fuss
as for the ofcom email
it makes no mention of ofcoms own error
but says it is important to ofcom to operate within
the framework of the law
you could have fooled me
one law for ofcom and one law for everybody else
do as i say not what i do
ofcom needs to get its act together
