the psi licence 6.1 clearly states i can publish the material on the internet
the licence allows people to download the data for their own use
it does not allow them to copy it to others 6.2
the americans laugh at all this
we are still in the dark ages
they just put their fcc data base on line and up date it weekly
for anyone to download
where will the quango ofcom be in 12 months?

the rsgb are very upset about the dpa issues
yet they sell the callbook every year
and have done since the 1920's
so whos is right?
