Can you explain how this complies with the licence you have from Ofcom? The
licence says users of this data should only be able to download it to a
screen or printer. The way you have it set up will make web browsers give
users the option of saving all the data to disk and I'm sure that's not
what Ofcom intended.

In fact, I'd put money on the fact they expected something akin to QRZ.com
where you enter a call and get the name and address back or vice versa. Or
a printed book or PDF where you cannot cut and paste the data. I'm
considering offering good odds to any gambling hams that you'll be getting
a stiff demand from Ofcom in a few days telling you take that webpage down
and that your licence to use the data has been rescinded.

There again I could be wrong. But anyone who feels the same as me in that
you're not quite honouring the letter or even spirit of the licence may
want to download and squirrel away a copy before you're forced to pull it.
