ofcom at first refused to supply the data
and did say that it only supplied to book publishers like the rsgb
but ofcom changed its mind
if anyone wants to publish the data sell it or give it away they are allowed
the old ra sold the data to any individual
which is fair competition
ofcom donot need to reobtain peoples consent that was just an ofcom red herring
they will only let you have the data if you are going to publish a callbook
and for no other reason
