Hello Michael ZL1ABS ... Thought I'd change it from last men standing
to person, so that , perhaps the last packeteer might also be one of
our YLs ....
What caught my eye was the charge per radio or extra of $50.00,
Here in Cannuckia, they have not tried this. I did not mind the
licence fee per year, as it gave me an edge when complaining on
the phone to them .... but now it seems that the FREE licence
has hit us all in the haed here, starting with other services
which were charged by the year.
Do I get any awards for being the "last one" on VE3FJB BBS
and VE3YRA BBS ? If not ,its ok ....I'll just sliver back
here underneath my rock.

PS: The local sailing club, from what I hear, has found a use
for my packet station. They use it for radio navigation
as I am the only act in town ....How-about-that!
