Hello
Could anyone please help.
Unfortunately a good friend of mine passed away, his wife gave me his laptop
computer he used for work, she isn't computer literate.
However on booting it up, It is password protected in the setup prior to
windows booting
I think this would be a CMOS Password?.
Tried everthing I could think of with no joy.
Can anyone give me any idea how to clear this, I think i read once remove the
battery
back up in pc, but that was years ago, Is this still the only option?
Many thanks for reading this Bull.
The laptop is a TOSHIBA SATELLITE L300-1AP System Unit Model No. PSlB8E-00T007EN
All surgestion gratefully recieved.
73's De Gareth
