How exact do you want to get ?  Some people have home APRS beacons plus a 
mobile one - so you know when the coast is clear to liberate their shack.

Our callbooks also used to have an entry like:

"Station is located in the CM1 post-code area"

Which is/was good enough for most people's casual interest (ie: hearing 
them under good conditions), contest exchanges and funny enough, the 
postman.  I can just imagine an new award called "HOTA" - and the typical 
exchange during a QSO:

"Thanks for #7 OM, can you please go down to #3 as your road only has 8 
houses and that's the only one I've not got..."
