The BBC has just reported that the Archbishop of Canterbury has proposed
that GB move towards Shariah Law for Muslims. At first i did not know how
to respond to his proposal, but in theory he may be right it could well
work for the good of all, not just Muslim. Shariah Courts are held in
camera now in all parts of Britain where there is a heavy Muslim presence.
Assuming that many of the illegal immigrants and asylum seekers rejected
are here only because they may be fugitives in their own countries, one
can almost see the queues forming now to get out of Britain, certainly,
fwiw, imho, i think i can now see his point; one has to sit and ponder for
a moment and then the light begins to dawn.
YES i have read the comments on the Archbishops proposal both by HMG and
people from predominantly america and ex-pats in the EU, but, they dont
reside in GB, but i suspect, after much pondering and a chat many will see
the point that is being made without any ill-will. Many Muslims have been
calling for Shariah Law to be applied to them in Britain for quite some
time.
But alas, the feelings of the silent majority will be ignored all over
again and ... it was just a thought!
English Law has nowhere near the effect of Shariah Law. English Law does
not understand the complexities of Shariah Law. Oh, Britain wants to be
seen as a country of multiculture but, it all stops there. Imho the need
for Shariah Law is felt most in Yorkshire where thorny Muslim problems can
be dealt with in the proper way. Having lived many years in the middle and
far east i do know that Muslims are respected for their friendliness to
all and many serve in HM Armed Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
IF it were ever to be in Britain, we would all notice the difference in
our quality of life. Let us all remember that many Muslims come here to
advance themselves and then perhaps return to their originating country.
