Hi All,
Re the internet use for forwarding, I couldn't operate without it. There
are no other BBS's within VHF range and HF is totally swamped from high
voltage power lines running nearby....
So don't knock it, it is the only thing keeping packet running in my
neck of the woods.
With the closure of VK4trs my main forwarding partner to the outside world
even that looks like disappearing. Hence his closure may also be mine if
I can't find another internet forwarding partner.
