Well VK4TRS is Going Down, it is a shame with really no one to blame but an ever increasing dependence on the internet for communications both by hams and non hams alike, I keep wondering if anything will ever replace paket, some other "radio" mode of store and forward or is the store and forward method just outdated altogether? the loss of radio based bbs's has forced many to go onto the internet to access the world of radio based bbs's and often times messages are sent and received without ever having gone over the airwaves at all......this is not amateur radio, but it is what amateur radio paket has been forced to transform into in some cases, saddening.
