The flood designator of this bulletin has not been altered up to ON4HU yet,
but in IV3SCP later.

swapping at all. Its authours have refused programming such a nonsense for
good reasons.
So only (b) which is a FBB BBS with swapping functionality in swapp.sys is
left.

I recommend to write a nice letter to IR2UBX'es sysop concerning proper BBS
operation in general and FBB in specific. One for each of the bulletins with
altered flooders ;-)
