Angela, I see this comment on other lists about bulletins "taking
bandwidth". That raises the question: Do we buy bandwidth by the metre, or
by some other method? If not does it matter whether a message "takes
bandwidth" or not? Does it cost someone more in money if a message is
1000kB while another is 500kB?

 Did you count the total kB of those messages? David certainly takes the
laurel wreath.Noone can get near his total.Ours are just a drop in the
bucket.
