Use this form to send your standard check-in message to AMLEGNELCO along with any Soap Box Comments you wish to make.

To obtain the maximum points, your check-ins must conform to the following:
1. You MUST use the TEMPLATE OF THE WEEK (TOTW)
2. Your Message (Line 1) MUST be in the CORRECT FORMAT.

3. You MUST provide your decimal GPS in the message (or in the TOTW).
4. Each Check-In must be a different Band and Mode.
A PERFECT MESSAGE will be based on 1, 2 and 3 above.
