Hello Andy

That's an Interesting challenge, Do not remember those.
Though did find one
called the
REGION 1 IP NEWLETTER
NEW YEAR 1999 on my linux IP system
sent out by G4TUP at gb7nwi.ampr.org
31 December 1998
and arrived at gb7cip.ampr.org via gb7bbc.ampr.org (ARG London)
via with SMTP.

That would have arrived here at gb7cip.ampr.org over a 70cm 9600bd Radio Link..
back in those 'fun' days....

Hmmm Justed check my paper logbook and noted
gb7cip.ampr.org went live 29 January 1995 01:00Hours

And just for the record also stated that the
gb7cr TheNet Nodes (stack of matrix networked PacCom tiny2's)
went live 31 March 1990 as Netrom and then including
amprnet 44net IP routing.

Fun Days...
I am sure others have memories in the archives
