Pardon me OM but I just couldn't stop laughing. Welcome to Robot City and
the Great Telephone Runaround, it's the AMERICAN WAY! By some strange
coincidence I just spent several hours and as many dollars chasing my
tail calling a hospital trying to change an appointment only to find out
they were in a meeting. When I got the bill I discovered the first two
