The 7plus encoded file is a PDF document presented as an easy to print
guide for helping to calculate netrom quality, the original is by and from
the ohiopacket website.

There isn't a one-setting-suits all as it very much "depends". Hopefully
this will help reveal some of the mystery around the matter of netrom
routing.

The 7plus encoded parts will be released over the course of several days.
