Hi Ian, Bob and all,
In the US we have many of the same discounts and assistance for
pensioners, could be better but not bad. As you may expect this is an
election issue, "Socialism" is a bad word here so there are some who wish
the "freeloaders" kicked out in the streets. You would be surprised at
how America was indoctrinated by Cold War propaganda and is too dumb or
lazy to look up terms in the dictionary, research what they have been
taught to fear, learn the truth and think for themselves.
Sorry to be the one to break the news but while many outsiders blame
Americans we blame America. No, we don't get what we deserve either; if
that were the case I wouldn't have written this bull. It's a long story
about a dead horse but the point is it's not all that bad but it sure
could be better. That's pretty much the case everywhere now isn't it?
Shut up Bob! If I hear one more time how Australia is perfect your next
frog will be a cane toad. (;->)
