Hello.

Its all the same packet net, called "NET105" on 14103.3 kHz RF center freq! 
Meaning actual center of radiating spectrum, as seen on RF spectrum analyser or SDR-waterfall.

14105 LSB DIAL minus 1.7kHz (modem audio center freq for 1600/1800Hz tones pair) = 14103.3 kHz RF center.
=
14101.1 USB DIAL plus 2.2kHz (modem audio center freq for 2100/2300Hz tones pair) = 14103.3 kHz RF center.


LSB still partially used just for historical reasons.
More than 20 years ALL ham digimodes used in USB on HF, as de-facto standard.
