Hello, all...

I wanted to thank all who replied my question.
I tried WinPack, but it doesn't play fine with 64-bit computers.
TSTHwin is a 16-bit. I managed to find a sofrware that is a runtime for that
and can be installed on Windows 10. I managed to install it just to find out
it doesn't use Telnet connections. I should have said that before.

MY intention is to run my PMS on my personal laptop which is separate from
the computer running LinBPQ (the main BBS)

Then Julian M0IPU recorded a YouTube video for me about how to setup sally7
to exactly what I needed. The video is here for those who may be interested:

Thanks a lot, Julian... I am now runnig a separate PMS on my personal
computer that connects to my BBS from anywhere to reverse forward the
messages that I choose to forward in BPQ.
And I also got a plus side, Sally7 can encode and decode 7+ files. yay!

Also, thanks for all who suggested alternatives. I really appreciate your
replies nevertheless.
