Found a mistake in my TX code, fixed !
I can confirm TX is now working and is consistent.
There is an updated 'winrpr.c' source file in the rsync area and on
my github repository as well.
I was able to transmit NOSaprs rfstat and rfpos frames to HF on 30 meters,
and it was successfully picked up by an IGate station south of me, able to
confirm this by looking at the FINDU raw data feature.
This is great, next step is 'connected mode' tests !
