following msd; i.e. it was sent as SP instead of SB
type... hope this one is right :)

According to your actual GW registration you have not
a 'subnet' registered, but only a single IP (i.e. /32)
as shown below:

To modify the above state you must request it
to your Country IP Coordinator to assign a proper
