I wish someone will realize any mean of communications can be used, at 
least NTS is working in your area, I remember in the 80's/90's I tried
to implent NTS in my area, but did not work.  I passed the word to some 
I know have old TNC's to dust them off, but got as answer Not interested.

Oh well. that remind me when I started Packet, I was creating QRM having 
2 radios talking each other in my shack.

I can experiment with out causing any interference .
