Here's my problem.

I have two RF nodes, 20 miles apart, with no RF path between them.
They are linked via Internet, one on my home Inet and one via 4G phone sim.
Let's call them node A ( home ) and node B (4G).
Nodes list propogate between them.

Node A is set to ping node B every 4 minutes and node B is set to ping node A
every alternate 4 minutes, eg: one ping in each direction every 2 minutes.

RF connection to node B and then to any node in the node list works 100%
as does an Internet connection to node B.
RF connection to node A and then to node B connects sometimes and not others
as does an Internet connection to node A.

My iptables don't restrict " local " pings.

Regards,
Ian..
