Hello Trevor, and Ian G0TEZ, who I remember wrote what
you quoted. Perhaps he, meaning Ian didn't read all
the other postings that gave hints, that the BBS
was not closing November of 2008.
Who knows? Perhaps Ian went on holidays to find his
new BBS to call home...eh?

As per pasted postings, and this is an example
that...anything can happen, and in the case of this BBS
"Friends of the BBS" formed themselves and instead of
the usual words...committed to action.
I can also appreciate the fact, that there might be
other BBSes in UK and the world facing the big
" Lights Out" and I can say from seeing hands across
the ocean, that WE can help you!
Jealous sysops? Call it too full of pride to ask
for help. Perhaps they might be jealous of these
users of GB7FCR that got themselves together to keep
it online ...Why be jealous...you can do it too, or
ask for help.
This is great news Trevor! It is also an example.
