Thank you to everyone who offered suggestions, especially Ray VK2TV, who
put me onto the solution. What worked for me was:-
mkiss -s 19200 /dev/ttyS0 /dev/ptyp1 /dev/ptyp2 /dev/ptyp3
/bin/sleep 2
kissattach /dev/ttyp1 slink 44.131.160.241
kissattach /dev/ttyp2 selink 44.131.160.241
kissattach /dev/ttyp3 433 44.131.160.241
After all these years, I still get stumped by attaching devices and then
Pseudo-TTY interfaces to them!
