The North Kitsap Ametuer Radio Club will be
participating as KC7Z in the International
Lighthouse Lightship Weekend, August 16/17
2008 from the historic Point-No-Point Lighthouse
in scenic Hansville, Washington, USA.

This, the first lighthouse built on the Puget
Sound, is the new home for the US Lighthouse
Society and despite its small stature (rising
a modest 30 feet so as to stay below the fog
line) commands a spectacular view.

The Point-No-Point Lighthouse is ILLW #US0061
and the grid square is CN87rw.

This event is organized and controlled by the
AYR Amateur Radio Group, Scotland.
More information can be obtained on their website
at http://illw.net

Hope to hear you on the air!

73,
Chris, KB2SKP
NK ARC President
