Node A has a broadcast interval of 15 minutes
Node B has a broadcast interval of 15 minutes
Node C has a broadcast interval of 30 minutes
They all broadcast at different times because the broadcast is 15 minutes, or 30 minutes from the node startup time.
Also a beacon, if set, broadcasts at the set interval
Some nodes have a 5 second delay between packets
