Good! You can try the linFBB, since it has
unproto msg bcast and use almost all the
setup parameters common to all FBBs.

I remember it is very similar to tsthwin.

However, as well illustrated by Brian, there
is not reason to manage the msgs stuff by
using any pmail client since commercial
mailers like Thunderbird and Co. do that
job very fine :)
