Hi Roy and others,
Roy I do run a WI Fi network here as well as a cabled one I already have
the internet and telnet working connection over the internal network.

What I really wanted to do was to replace the serial connection to the
TNC's from the back of the computer with a network link via the existing
network cable to the hub. Then I could plug in as many radios and TNC's as
I like into the hub and control the RF part via the Ethernet to serial
converters. I have about 30 spare ports at the moment so it would give me
the ability to add a heap of extra RF ports and bands to the BBS.

I can cope with the software and design of the hardware for the Ethernet
to serial conversions but I am not a windows programmer by a long shot so
the project would be shelved if there was not network interface in FBB pre
existing.

                            Regards Tony
